Après avoir été programmatrice, en charge notamment de programmations 70mm et de cinéma bis, puis d’action culturelle, accueillant de nombreux invités et coordonnant ciné spectacles, masterclass, conférences, Élise Girard est désormais responsable de valorisation des collections de films à la Cinémathèque française et collabore au projet de plateforme VOD HENRI. Elle fait partie des auteurs d’un ouvrage collectif sur le cinéma australien, Down Under Moviez.

After working as a programmer in charge of 70mm and B-movies, she moved on to cultural activities which included guest management and the co-ordination of film events, master classes and conferences. Élise Girard is now responsible for promoting the film collections at the Cinémathèque française, where she is involved in the project for a VOD Henri platform. She is also one of the authors of Down Under Moviez, a collective book on Australian cinema.
