THE BOY AND THE WORLD

His arms legs and fingers are as straight as sewing thread and his round head is like a balloon or like the world he explores with his alert eyes. The boy is inquisitive about everything: flowers, fish and birds as well as sounds and tunes that transform themselves before his eyes into a myriad of colours. One day his father leaves the family home and the memory of this will haunt the boy he still imagines looking at the stars around him and the tune his father played on his ute continues to bring joy to his eyes. In order to search for his father he leaves his village and discovers a fantasy world dominated by animal-machines and strange beings.
