On an abandoned offshore rig hidden in fog and surrounded by mines, old Krank, who has lost the ability to dream, kidnaps children from the local harbour town to steal theirs. One of his victims is Denrée, the adopted “little brother” of carnival strongman One, who vows to find him, no matter what it takes.
