We are delighted to unveil the poster for the 16th Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival, which will take place from 22 September to 1 October 2023.

As usual, Strasbourg artist Mahon illustration was inspired by the Festival’s main retrospective, the theme of which this year is society’s taste for violent entertainment and the many issues resulting from it, such as the disintegration of the individual for political ends, voyeurism and excessive media coverage, among others.

In addition to the retrospectives, the Festival will once again be offering an international selection of the latest genre films in various programme sections, ranging from fantasy, animated films and documentaries to thrillers, together with master classes and sidebar events.

The first films in the official selection will be announced in early July and the full programme at the end of August.  Info available at strasbourgfestival.com.
