Nathalie Bittinger is a lecturer in film studies at the University of Strasbourg and certified to teach modern literature. She has edited a dictionary of Chinese cinema (Dictionnaire des cinémas chinois) and has published 2046 de Wong Kar-wai; Ang Lee. Taïwan/Hollywood, une odyssée cinématographique; Au pays des merveilles. Trésors de l’animation japonaise and Il était une fois l’Amérique à l’écran. Her new book untitled John Carpenter (Gallimard) will come out in November of this year.
