Futura Cinema is an itinerant incubator programme that supports promoters of projects for cinemas and their audiences. The project promoters are invited to take part in five development stages over the course of the year. In 2024, the central theme is innovation transfer: how does cinema draw inspiration from innovations in other sectors, such as museums, music, publishing and so forth?
Futura Cinema will be organising its 4th stage, from 20 to 22 September, in partnership with Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival, the City of Strasbourg, the Strasbourg Eurometropolis and the Grand Est Region. This stage will focus on finalising project proposals and outlining experiments.
