For the first time, at a midnight screening, the Festival is showing a film from the Asylum studio, best known for the Sharknado saga. Together with the documentary Mockbuster (in Special Screenings) learn more about the film at the heart of the project – an unlikely work born of a novice filmmaker’s passion and the sheer opportunism of a studio dedicated to “questionable” productions.
