After a car accident, Rose wakes up in a mysterious city shrouded in mist. Setting out in search of her missing daughter, she realises that the area is crawling with monsters.

Silent Hill is without a doubt the best video game movie of all time. Elegantly crafted in terms of both style and substance, the film is more than just a successful adaptation; it transcends its original material by taking a resolutely feminist point of view.
