Sometimes the best games are the ones found on the old consoles, and the Festival will be providing a video-games retrospective in line with our 2018 cinema retrospection honouring women.
This new selection contains such games as Tomb Raider II and Bayonetta , plus Beyond Good & Evil. This will provide an opportunity to take a look at how women are portrayed in video games and to show some of the most iconic figures. A choice of multiplayer games will enable you to relive the frenzied races in Crash Team Racing or closely fought contests on Dragon Ball Z : Budokai 3 or SoulCalibur II. And, as every year, terminals will be freely available for you to enjoy the major arcade classics.
