After the success of V/H/S, here is an entirely new anthology by the l’avant-garde of independent horror film producers. Even more inven- tive in the use of subjective cameras, each segment offers a totally different world: Simon Barrett has produced the link segment with Tape49. In Phase 1, clinical trials, Adam Wingard deals with paranormal activities. In A Ride in the Park, Eduardo Sánchez and Gregg Hale place their subjective camera on a zombie. In Safe Haven, Timo Tjahjanto and Gareth Huw Evans infiltrate an investigation team into an Indonesian cult. Finally, with Slumber Party Alien Abduction, Jason Eisener provides his view of encounters of the third kind.
