Arco, un jeune voyageur du temps venu de l’an 2932, atterrit par erreur en 2075. Recueilli par Iris, une fillette de son âge, il bénéficie de son aide précieuse pour tenter, par tous les moyens, de regagner son époque.

Ugo Bienvenu, réalisateur de clips et de courts métrages et auteur de bandes dessinées (Malavalle, Sukkwan Island), signe un premier long métrage. À rebours de l’incertitude contemporaine, il imagine un futur où l’amour, la beauté et l’espoir restent possibles. Il en résulte un film de science-fiction et d’aventures profondément humain, à la fois drôle et émouvant, couronné du Cristal d’or du Festival d’Annecy 2025.

Arco, a young time traveler from the year 2932, accidentally lands in 2075. Taken in by Iris, a girl his own age whose help proves invaluable, he is ready to do whatever it takes to get back to his own time.

Arco is the feature debut of Ugo Bienvenu, the director of several music videos and short films and the author of graphic novels including Malavalle and Sukkwan Island. Rejecting the prevailing uncertainty of our time, he imagines a future where love, beauty and hope are still possible. The result is a profoundly human, funny and moving science fiction adventure film, which won the Crystal at the 2025 Annecy Film Festival.
