THE GUEST

A mysterious soldier appears out of the blue at the home of the family of a comrade fallen in Iraq. Invited to stay, he slips into their lives, and helps each family member with their problems. He quickly becomes indispensible and almost too good to be true. But the daughter starts to dig into the secrets he’s hiding.
The Guest is a wildly entertaining blend of dark comedy, middle America satire and over-the-top action sequences. And it’s been a long time since we’ve seen such a charismatic antihero, thanks to Dan Stevens as the inscrutable and incredibly cool stranger.
