Feature debut

In the hope of starting a new life, a single mother goes to live with her son in a house in the country. When she discovers a huge hole in the forest nearby, she gradually gets the feeling that her son has been replaced by something else, resembling him in every respect.

Revisiting the codified genre of films about spirits, Lee Cronin’s first feature is insidious and paranoiac, intensifying its mystery as the heroine seems to be losing her bearings. A minimalist but theme-rich movie that will delight lovers of contemporary horror.
