The Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival’s Eurogenre section is launching writing residencies for feature films, organised jointly with La Scénaristerie in Châlons-en-Champagne. La Scénaristerie is a specialised association which has supported the screening writing profession since 2014.
The aim of the residencies is to bring to fruition projects intended to be produced or coproduced by a French production company.
The creators of the selected projects will first present their work in Strasbourg at the Eurogenre professional meeting days, to be held from 29 September to 1 October of this year. They will then be in residence at the La Scénaristerie from 12 to 16 October. In the first quarter of 2027, there will be a second week of work in Strasbourg, culminating in a final pitch presentation in Paris.
