A tribal chief tells their creation story to remind younger generations of their true place within the “great cycle of creatures”. Four Souls of Coyote could have been yet another finger-wagging environmental tale, but the talented Áron Gauder elevates it into a breathtaking ode to nature. This fascinating, funny film immerses us in Native American mythology, according to which the creation of mankind was fundamentally just a big mistake.
