WHY DON’T YOU PLAY IN HELL ?

Ten years ago the Kitagawa clan attacked the home of Muto their rival and was decimated by the wife of the Yakuza boss. She was imprisoned and unable to pursue her acting career which began in an irritating toothpaste commercial. An eager but untalented group of filmmakers the Fuck Bombers is brought in to film the war between the two Yakuza clans. Sono Shion, a prolific filmmaker who has won multiple festival awards adapted a 15-year-old screenplay to make this film filled with all his trademark excess and outrageous scenes. The result is an elusive rich and very bloody work like a deviant love song to the cinema.
