In a small town in Utah, a troubled and impulsive cop is tasked with investigating the deaths of several women, suspected to be the work of a werewolf. Jim Cummings takes on a character quite similar to the one he played in Thunder Road in 2018, an emotionally fragile individual overwhelmed by the events. This auteur director tries his hand at genre film this time, without relinquishing that offbeat tone and fine-tuned dialogue that could become his trademark. The film also features one of the last screen appearances of the late, brilliant Robert Forster.
