Each year, Sofilm magazine organises, in partnership with the CNC, Canal+, Goodfellas and the Grand Est Region, a series of creative residencies devoted to genre movies. Their aim is to revitalise genre filmmaking in France and showcase innovative writing techniques, with a focus on collective writing experiments, integrating visual effects experts to assist in the development of projects, at a very early stage.
