MANIAC

A serial killer hunts for scalps in what should have been peaceful streets. Frank is the withdrawn owner of a display mannequin store, but his life takes a new turn when Anna, a young artist, asks him to help her with a new exposition. As their friendship grows, Frank becomes obsessed with her, unleashing long repressed impulses to stalk and kill.

Frank Khalfoun was born in Paris in 1968. His filmography includes P2 in 2007 and Wrong Turn at Tahoe in 2009. Maniac is his third feature film.
