In Tokyo a serial killer assassinates women and posts his crimes on the web. In Jakarta a lonely man needs to film his murders and post them online so that everyone can see them. The two men will very quickly become aware that they have the same passionate desire burning within them. A cat-and-mouse game then begins and a rivalry develops between these two psychopathic monsters in need of notoriety. It is only a matter of time before these two killers confront one another.
