A crooked and arrogant property developer finds a disfigured corpse in the boot of his car. A long descent into hell begins, during which he desperately tries to discover the identity of the dead man and the person who put him there. He sees everyone as a suspect.
In Moscas there is ever-present turmoil. In the manner of an abrasive comedy, the film, set in Argentina, paints a portrait of an odious and irredeemable character, beyond all morality, a modern-day Scrooge who is more concerned with revenge than any kind of salvation. In the lead role, Ernesto Alterio shines from start to finish.
