A New York devastated by a nuclear fire has fallen into the hands of the Euraks. Seeking a solution to sterility, they harass the few survivors left, who have rebelled against them. Parsifal, a lone mercenary, with the only fertile woman left alive, is blocked by the Euraks from entering Manhattan.
