PHANTOM BOY

In New York, a mysterious man with a dis gured face injures Alex, a police detective trying to catch him. Unable to leave his hospital bed, Alex meets 11-year-old Leo, who has the ability to exit his body. Like a ghost, invisible to everyone, he flies off and passes through walls. The dis gured gangster threatens the town with a computer virus, but thanks to the boy’s extraordinary powers Alex resumes his investigation.
Phantom Boy is the latest production by the creators of A Cat in Paris. A blend of detective ction and fantasy, the plot unfolds between the Manhattan skyscrapers. With largely hand-made animation, the drawing style retains its fragility and sensibility, resulting in a film that is both full of suspense and poetry.
